In recognition of exceptional dedication and exemplary service to the Armadillo District and our local community, we proudly present the “Digger Award” – District Unit Recognition.

This honor celebrates a unit (Pack, Troop, Crew, Ship, Post) that has consistently gone above and beyond to provide outstanding Scouting program for youth and an exceptional volunteer experience for parents. Through their active involvement in District trainings, Family Friends of Scouting, Roundtable discussions, and District events, they have demonstrated unparalleled commitment and leadership.

“Armadillo as a totem animal belongs to those who help others find their way”. The district believes those who have met the requirements are doing just that.
